Daily Driver Polespear Warranty

The Daily Driver is the ONLY polespear on the market fully covered by a no-hassle 3 year factory warranty. If you break it, we'll fix it, for free, period. Here's how it works:

Xhale Spearfishing will warranty your Daily Driver Polespear against failure within a three year period from the date of purchase. This warranty covers the composite tubing and the glued-in stainless steel inserts against failure, or breakage. This warranty does NOT cover loss or theft, as well as parts that are considered consumables. Parts NOT covered under warranty are bands, slip tips, injector rods, grips, retention bungees, and any aftermarket products attached to, or used in conjuction with, the polespear.

Under this three year warranty, Xhale Spearfishing will either repair or replace the individual broken section at their discretion.
